Abstract submission and registration
Abstracts (1 page) are invited in e-form by August 31 , October 27, 2025. Please, use the BECCSI abstract template (given below as well).
Abstracts should contain the title of the presentation, full names and addresses of the authors, objectives of the study, employed methods, and the most significant results.
Copies of abstracts of all the accepted papers will be available in the Book of abstracts on the first day of the Conference. 
All contributions will be peer reviewed by the members of Scientific Committee.  Confirmation upon receipt will be provided.
To register yourself and submit your abstract, please use the Registration form for each abstract submission (given below).
Note that only one abstract submission is possible per one registration.
Please, submit your abstract with the file title "BECCSI2025_Abstract_Submission_First_author_surname”,
In addition, indicate thematic session on BECCSI registration and submission form or certain minisymposium.
Official language of the conference is English.

Each fee covers:

  • Lunches and coffee breaks

  • Attendance at the gala dinner

  • Participation in all the sessions in person

  • E-version of the Book of Abstracts

  • The publication of 1 (one) paper in the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity journal (every additional paper has to be paid 40 EUR)

Note: Each fee (and registration) covers a maximum of 2 (two) paper presentations.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to 30.09.2025, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €100. 
After 30.09.2025, refund is not possible.
