Online (remote) participation

• Online (Regular participant).......295 EUR

• Online (Student).......195 EUR

Note that online participation option is possible for those who:

• Can’t come due to difficult circumstances (state of emergency etc.)

• Can’t get visa

• Did not submit an abstract yet

Each fee covers:

• Lunches and coffee breaks

• Attendance at the gala dinner

• Participation in all the sessions in person

• E-version of the Book of Abstracts

• The publication of 1 (one) paper in the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity journal (every additional paper has to be paid 40 EUR)

Note: Each fee (and registration) covers a maximum of 2 (two) paper presentations.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to 30.09.2025, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €100. 
After 30.09.2025, refund is not possible.
