+ additional charges of the bank transfer and currency differences (responsibility of the payer)

Each fee covers:

Lunches and coffee breaks
Attendance at the gala dinner
Participation in all the sessions in person
E-version of the Book of Abstracts
The publication of 1 (one) paper in the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity (every additional paper is +40 EUR)

Note: Each fee (and registration) covers a maximum of 2 (two) paper presentations.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to 30.09.2025, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €100.
